Land information, in the form of assessor parcels or easements is an integral part of governance and engineering.
DCSE has the experience required to build GIS parcels and Easements. Our technicians have experience working with the bearings and traversing the distances from the starting vertex, per the surveyor's findings. DCSE has constructed parcels and easements from legal documents, using Coordinate Geometry.
It has also worked on developing various routing tools using its strong background in Street centerlines and Rights of Way. DCSE has also developed E 911 Road centerlines, Emergency Service Number layer and Cell Sector layer for Emergency Management.
