DCSE is a service-oriented product company that specializes in developing innovative Information Technology (IT) solutions for federal, state and local government agencies. We have successfully developed water / wastewater data and related applications for our clients. Over time we have developed a repeatable set of processes to accurately and economically recompile water system data to GIS formats. We have developed geodatabases for linear networks, including the development of geometric networks, and we have previous experience in converting paper map data and/or importing CAD data into this framework. DCSE has also developed a suite of secure, Web-based tools for project collaboration, industry best management practices, product delivery, and anomaly reporting.
